Cory Executive Recruiting is seeking a highly experienced Remote, Executive Recruiterto join our team of industry-leading professionals. To be considered, candidates must have at least 3+ years of successful recruiting experience in direct-hire, contingent, and/or retained roles. Our niche is focused on the Multifamily and Commercial Property Management and Real Estate industries.
The ideal candidate for this position is a seasoned Executive Recruiter with strong experience working on a full-desk. Our team is dedicated to ethical business practices and superb service, and we believe that empowering our team members leads to growth.
This is a remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home office and compensation includes salary and/or commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a full-desk by developing a pipeline of clients and candidates
Working directly with other partners to deliver results
Recording and documenting activity in our ATS/CRM system
Working independently from a remote location
Qualifications:
Proven success in the executive recruiting industry
Ability to handle multiple job assignments and effectively manage time
Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership qualities and a high level of accountability
Ability to receive feedback and work independently to achieve goals
