JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring a self-sufficient Executive Assistant in San Antonio, TX, to support a C-level executive and join a team of high-performing professionals. While reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Assistant will perform various administrative tasks.
Keep track of commitments, timeframes, and deadlines to ensure the CEO is adequately prepared for meetings and deadlines.
Plan executive meetings, client meetings, and board meetings.
Assist with incoming and outgoing communications.
Assist with various financial requests and expense reports as assigned by the executives.
As necessary, communicate with internal and external parties on behalf of the CEO.
Support the CEO in special projects, including preparing presentation slides, ad hoc reports, procedures manuals, and other operational support as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of corporate administrative experience
Ability to work well with management, vendors, and team members
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word / Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
Experience in real estate/transactional or a corporate/legal environment is preferred.
