    Our client is a well-established real estate development and financial consulting firm based out of the San Francisco Bay area. Our client is focused on affordable housing and developing mixed-use and senior communities.

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are hiring for a dedicated and passionate Senior Project Manager and Financial Consultant in the San Francisco, CA area. This Senior Project Manager and Financial Consultant will have the opportunity to work on essential projects in affordable housing communities. This person will oversee development projects and other assignments for non-profit, public sector, and institutional clients.

    • Manage real estate and finance transactions

    • Manage application process for local, state, and federal funding including tax credits and tax-exempt bonds

    • Solicit bids from consultants and contractors, evaluate proposals, coordinate selection of the design team, and negotiate contract terms

    • Strategize and manage internal and external teams to obtain required approvals and build public support

    • Manage design and construction team from initial scoping, schematic design and design development through construction

    • Work with the client or partner supportive services representatives to draft plans or budgets and integrate them into overall project budgets

    • Identify program improvements and necessary policy changes and provide financial analysis to support the creation and adaptation of the associated program and policy changes

    • Manage affordable housing development project underwriting and financial closings in accordance with agency-provided guidance and policies

    • Conduct pro forma financial modeling, SWOT analysis, and goal analysis necessary for strategic planning

    • Conduct financial analysis necessary to make recommendations for development/disposition of client-owned properties/sites

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • A bachelor's degree is required

    • 5+ years of project management experience in the development industry

    • Must have experience working in the development and construction sector of affordable housing

    • Organizational skills

    • Strong interpersonal relationship skills

    • Experience using computer software including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Adobe, Smartsheets

    COMPENSATION

    • Very competitive full benefits package

    • Salary commensurate with experience

    • $135K - $160K
