JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring a strong and motivated Affordable Property Manager in the greater Long Island, NY area. 

• Manage approx. 350 units

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and team. 

• Follow tax credit compliance regulations.

• Day-to-day operations, including all financial aspects & reporting.

• Achieve the highest possible net operating income (NOI) through the implementation of effective cost control; revenue improvement efforts; and effective budget management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have extensive knowledge of section 8 housing compliance.

• 3+ years of property management experience.

• Great customer service skills.

• Strong leadership skills. 

• Organization skills & interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong computer program knowledge such as MS Office, OneSite, or any software program within the property management industry.

COMPENSATION

• $80,000 - $85,000 annual salary
