JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring for a strong, motivated and passionate Regional Property Manager in the Massachusetts area. This candidate would ideally have a strong background with market-rate and affordable housing apartment communities.

• Manage the communities and portfolio while adhering to the company’s objectives and goals, in the most efficient and profitable manner possible

• Oversee 2,000+ apartment homes

• Strong leadership abilities to oversee 7+ direct reports

• Oversee the financial reporting, making sure to keep track of the budget

• Produce the highest level of resident satisfaction through

• Responsive, consistent, positive and professional interaction with your team and residents

• Provide training, manage, coach and developing to new and existing members of the property team

• Recruit and interview potentially new team members

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of experience inside the property management industry as a Regional Property Manager

• Property Management software experience such as Yardi, One-Site or OnSite is ideal,but not required

• Previous experience in a leadership position

• Business/financial acumen and hands-on budget management experience

• Salary range $100K-$105K
