JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring for a passionate strong Property Manager in the greater Houston, TX area. This Property Manager will play a vital role in carrying out the daily tasks and operations of a luxury property in Houston.

• Day to day operations, financial aspects & reporting.

• Adhere to all compliance regulations and housing laws.

• Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction.

• Achieve the highest possible net operating income (NOI) through the implementation of effective cost control; revenue improvement efforts; and effective budget management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of property management experience.

• Strong financial and budgeting skills.

• Great customer service approach.

• Strong computer program knowledge such as Word, Excel, any software program related within the property management industry.

COMPENSATION

• $70K-80K plus commission
