JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring for an experienced and goal-oriented Senior Fund Accountant in either the Irvine, CA, or Palo Alto, CA area. The Senior Fund Accountant will interact with and support upper-level management by providing key analytics to track the portfolio's performance.

• Prepare monthly/quarterly and annual reports to share with management

• Review and approve monthly financial statements prepared by vendors

• Maintain and analyze all accounting records

• Prepare all interim and year-end audit work papers

• Prepare and submit all financial and compliance reports to lenders and partners

• Provide accurate and timely financial information to internal departments promptly

• Prepare interim and year-end tax compliance, audit, and tax work papers

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of Accounting experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related fields

• Experience in working in the multifamily industry

• Proficient in Excel and other accounting software

• Ability to communicate complex issues effectively
