JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring for a creative Marketing Director in Orlando, FL. The Marketing Director will be vital in creating advertising and social media campaigns for the company by interpreting customers’ behavior and suggesting creative ways to increase brand awareness.

• Work with upper-level management to execute all marketing strategies.

• Provide sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information to support leasing and operations teams.

• Interact with users and respond to online reviews, social media messages, inquiries, and comments.

• Develop, maintain, and implement the practice strategic marketing plan, goals, and objectives.

• Build and manage multiple social media profiles, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

• Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools

• Experience with research methods using data analytics software

• Expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
