    We are looking for an accounts manager for our fee-for-service practice. We are an elite group and are looking for like-minded individuals who can make things go right. Duties include handling all patient accounts, confirming insurance (we file as a courtesy even though we are out of network with all providers), presenting treatment plans and handling new patient calls. Responsibilities: • Must be friendly and personable to ensure patients who come into contact with you have a favorable impression of our office. • Must be accurate in entering data into Eaglesoft since mistakes introduce chances of unhappy patients. • Must be able to be part of a team and have the attitude of helping each other to uphold our office culture. • Must be reliable and punctual so that other staff members are not burdened with your duties due to absences. Qualifications: • Minimum of two years of experience in managing patient accounts, including addressing inquiries about balances. • Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is preferred. • Professionalism in both appearance and behavior is required. • Strong references are necessary for consideration. Compensation: up to $22 an hour depending on skills
