About Us: I AM Natural Academy is a forward-thinking beauty school rooted in natural hair education. With a strong foundation already in place, we’re expanding to serve a broader range of hair types and cultures. We’re looking for an instructor who can help us grow our student body and clientele by teaching diverse beauty techniques.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach cosmetology theory and hands-on skills across all hair textures and beauty services
• Collaborate with our natural hair instructors to create an inclusive, well-rounded curriculum
• Mentor students to meet state board requirements and industry standards
• Help attract new students and clients from diverse backgrounds
• Support community outreach and marketing efforts

What You Bring:

• Active Washington State Cosmetology Instructor License (or reciprocity eligibility)
• Experience with multicultural hair care, cutting, coloring, and chemical services
• Passion for education, inclusivity, and community impact
• Strong communication and leadership skills
