Cost Accountant Manager - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 118k/year - Janesville, WI

• Our client, a reputable Manufacturer of Industrial Products is seeking a Cost Accountant Manager to join their onsite team in Janesville, WI.
  
• In this role, the Cost Accountant Manager will provide support to the Operational Centers with the purpose of guiding and assisting local administrators and managers in the search for economic efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Emphasize the strategic management of costs
  
• Apply the best techniques that minimize values
  
• Calculate and analyze plant performance indicators
  
• Increase the productivity control and optimization of processes
  
• Ensure the control of annual and cyclical inventories
  
• Provide guidance on economic and financial impacts resulting from incorrect production notes and evaluate the consequences generated by scrap and ground produced by the plant
  
• Act as a facilitator in the budgeting and forecasting process
  
• Perform the proactive closing and the official SAP closing month of USA BU
  
• Support the gathering of information for inspection and audit actions

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting
  
• Proven experience in a Manufacturing Environment
  
• 3+ years of Cost Accountant experience
  
• Must be located or willing to relocate to Janesville, WI
  
• Proven experience with SAP, Excel, and Power BI software
  
• Prior supervisory experience required
