Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing costs associated with our operations with a heavy focus being on inventory transactions and BOM's. Ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, cost management, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough cost management and analysis to ensure accurate tracking of expenses.

Prepare and analyze financial reports.

Collaborate with various departments to collect data necessary for budgeting and forecasting.

Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate records and streamline financial processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment with inventory and/or BOM's is required.

Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems. We use SAP Business One.

Proficient in data collection, financial report writing, and cash flow analysis.

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.

Strong communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
