Do you have a passion for airports, know what makes them tick, and like the smell of jet fuel in the morning? We want to talk with you. AvAirPros is a privately held, employee-owned consulting and services firm serving airlines and airports.

    What you'll work on:

As a member of the Program Management team you'll support airline facility development projects and will work on program management activities at various terminals at the airport keeping the projects on budget.

You need a strong command of Microsoft Excel, the ability to multi-task and gather data from various sources to understand, process, and assemble the information into meaningful analysis. Travel to other project locations on the East Coast happens on a frequent basis.

You can expect to work in office settings, on construction sites, and throughout bustling terminals. Experience working on capital improvement projects (construction) is preferred...please and thank you.

Speaking of please...please be good at:

Ensuring the integrity of financial data; record transactions and maintain information in different financial management systems and statistical software applications

Disseminating executive-level summaries, charts, reports, and other data as required

Working with senior management and project teams on financial models, cash flow forecasts, and ad hoc analytical projects

Partnering with project managers to ensure proper management of contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and related invoices

Researching and analyzing various comprehensive financial information sources

Managing the project invoice audit process, reviewing related project invoices, and making recommendations for payment processing

Providing analytical support and development of documents for specific aviation programs with respect to budget formulation, execution, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting

Creating and maintaining project control system databases ensuring data integrity for compiling various reports
