Job Description:

As an Insurance Representative with Cost Wise Insurance, you'll play a crucial role in sales, managing provided leads, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively manage provided sales leads through calls and other communication channels on a daily basis.

Utilize your Property and Casualty licensing knowledge to recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options to clients.

Clearly explain insurance policies, coverage details, terms, and conditions, ensuring clients have a thorough understanding.

Tailor insurance solutions to meet individual client needs and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.

Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets to contribute to the office's growth and success.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to improved sales performance.

Qualifications:

Existing Property and Casualty license is a must.

Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the insurance industry.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is highly desirable.

Strong time management skills to handle a high volume of calls effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.

Thorough knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
