Costanzo's internship program was developed to provide students with the opportunity to gain real world experience, learn the baking industry first hand, and see what it means to be a part of a team that's changing the world one roll at a time. Interns will be exposed to the process of mixing, baking, packaging and related processes in manufacturing.
