Mission of the Role:

Generate qualified, high-value appointments by engaging Costco members in-store, educating them about the benefits of artificial turf, and scheduling free in-home consultations for our design/sales team. This role directly fuels company growth through meaningful customer interactions.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and engage Costco members at our turf booth or exit fence.

Create interest and generate leads for onsite quotes

Share basic information about our products and services

Schedule qualified in-home design consultations — no selling or closing required

Maintain a polished, professional presence inside Costco

Log all appointments and lead details accurately in the CRM

Contribute positively to a fun, energetic environment

Key Performance Expectations:

Maintain 10–15 qualified appointments per week on average

Achieve ≥ 85% appointment show rate

Contribute to a ≥ 40% close rate

Represent US Family Turf with professionalism and integrity

Requirements & Preferred Experience:

Strong people skills and comfort approaching strangers

Customer service experience preferred

Organized, punctual, and comfortable with basic CRM tools

Reliable transportation within assigned regions

Ability to stand for extended periods inside Costco
