Cota & Cota is a third generation, family owned home heating fuels and service company.

Cota & Cota is looking for a professional, reliable team player that our customers and team members can depend on in our Jamaica, VT office, working as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full time (40 hour a week), Monday - Friday position. This position is NOT a remote position.

REQUIREMENTS: A self-starter with good organizational and interpersonal skills; reliable, with the ability to multi task, manage a wide range of duties including but not limited to assisting customers via phone, in person and email, processing payments and addressing account questions and issues, as well as any other tasks requested. The person should enjoy working with the public, have the skill set to help our customers with any questions or concerns, as well as the ability to work well as a team player in a very busy office.

LOCATION: Although we have 7 offices locations, this position will be located at our office in Jamaica, VT.
