Service Technician l Cougar USA

From executing break/fix services to leading STAR® programs and providing essential owner training, you'll be at the forefront of delivering excellence at every turn. Key Responsibilities:

Perform service calls, start-ups, commissioning and owner training

Assemble fiberglass tanks

Make-ready and repair rental pump fleet

Make-ready skidded engineered equipment

Perform and promote STAR® Program

Funnel leads to sales teams

Skills, traits and competencies required:

Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage customer expectations

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple jobs or service calls at once

Great teammate and team player

Working knowledge of field service scheduling technologies

Strong verbal and written communication skills, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Technical product aptitude (Commercial plumbing and HVAC experience)

Controls and electrical experience are a plus

Accurate, timely and thorough data entry and documentation
