The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and creative professional who is skilled at promoting our law firm's services and building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities: • Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the firm's services and increase brand visibility. • Creating engaging and persuasive marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, social media content, and email campaigns. • Managing and maintaining the company's website, social media accounts, and online presence. • Assisting with event planning and coordination, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and networking events. • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role, preferably in a professional services environment. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and presentations. • Proven ability to sell and promote the firm's services through various marketing channels, including social media, email, and events. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving goals and meeting deadlines. • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000
