Administrative Assistant, Database
The Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) is a Washington, DC trade association representing the dietary supplement and functional food industry. CRN is seeking Administrative Assistant/Database support. This includes maintaining CRN's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and provide administrative and general office support. General responsibilities: - Update, maintain, and pull reports using Association's Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MemberCast) database. - Work with departments to develop data analytics to track member engagement. - Provide support for the OWL (Online Wellness Library). - Research exceptions to member communications. - Serve as technical backup on webinars and virtual meetings - Assist with other departments, including Board meetings and Annual Conference as needed. - Administrative office duties as assigned. - Special projects as assigned. Position requirements: - Bachelor's degree or 2+ years' experience in an office environment preferred. - Experience with non-profits and/or trade associations a plus. - Experience with databases a plus - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) and Zoom - Fearless of technology, with an aptitude for picking up and using new tools or expanding on basics. - Proven ability to problem solve, prioritize assignments and work in in a changing, fast-paced environment. - Self-starter, able to work without close supervision. - Keen attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills, patience and ability to interface with all levels of membership and management. - All new hires must be vaccinated for COVID-19 - Please note that this is a Washington, DC based position.
