Job Summary

The Education Coordinator for the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals supports the Education department through administrative and operational responsibilities. This team-oriented position requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills in addition to oral and written communication abilities. The position also requires working closely and synergistically with other CSCMP departments. In collaboration with the Certification & Education manager, the coordinator will assist with the delivery of all professional development products, on-site events, digital events, the Academic Research Symposium at EDGE and all other affiliated academic events and awards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assists with inbound customer calls regarding products, service questions and general customer inquiries
• Provide operational and project support to the Education team, especially the Director of Talent Center and Education
• Create Purchase Orders for Corporate member companies for new/renewal memberships
• Provide administrative support to the Education team
• Input and manage certification exam schedules and reschedules
• Assist the department with ARS and Doctoral Symposium event details and submissions, at the direction of the Director of Talent Center
• Aid in customer service to all SCPro and Education related requests via the the SCPro and education Outlook inboxes and inquiries in Formstack
• Issue SCPro certificates via Accredible
• Assist with maintaining and updating the LMS in regard to new and/or updated products and offerings
• Provide customer service on the LMS platform when necessary

Education/Experience:

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Language Ability:

• Bilingual a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
• Excellent active listening skills and ability to adapt conversations depending on the member’s interests and needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Math Ability:

• Understanding of basic math skills including accounting, percentages, and other operations. Ability to track and analyze large amounts of data

Reasoning Ability:

• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail and ability to proof-read.

Computer Skills:

• Computer savvy with solid experience with Microsoft Suite
• LMS and Salesforce experience a plus

Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Work is hybrid of in-office and remote
