C.O.R.E. Medical Clinic, Inc. is a CARF-Accredited Healthcare Facility Treating Opioid Addiction with Methadone and Buprenorphine searching for a drug and alcohol counselor. Manage a caseload of 40-50 patients. Job opening is at our Midtown Sacramento location.

Examples of Work Performed: Individual and group counseling Develops and writes individualized treatment plans Participates in clinical consultation, professional collaboration, and case management meetings Maintains documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans Maintains a high level of confidentiality with patient information. Assures compliance with applicable laws, regulations and contracts for patients in treatment
