About the Role

As a Counter Parts Person, you’ll assist walk‑in and phone customers, identify and source parts, and ensure each customer receives exceptional service. This role also includes providing prompt and courteous parts deliveries to our commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with parts inquiries at the counter and by phone.

• Look up, source, and order automotive parts using catalogs and computer systems.

• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Pick, pack, and deliver parts to local customers using a company vehicle.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Assist with inventory management, and restocking.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred (but willing to train).

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Basic mechanical/automotive knowledge.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
