You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, accurately processing orders, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Welcome Customers: Greet every customer promptly and enthusiastically as they arrive.
Menu/Product Knowledge: Answer questions about products, ingredients, or services, and provide recommendations
Order Assembly: Assemble, package, and verify takeaway or delivery orders against customer specifications before handing them off.
Store Operations & Maintenance
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the counter, display cases, dining area, and checkout spaces spotless and organized.
Stocking & Restocking: Replenish food supplies, retail inventory, and paper goods as needed throughout the shift.
Health & Safety: Follow all company policies and Health Department sanitation standards, including safe food-handling practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or the food/hospitality industry is preferred.
Customer-Centric: A positive, polite, and patient attitude even during peak business hours
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and occasionally lift/carry products (typically up to (25) to (50) lbs).
