About the Role:

Lyons Truck Parts Inc is looking for a knowledgeable and driven Heavy Duty Truck Counter Sales professional to join our team in Kenosha, WI! This is your chance to put your parts expertise to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your product knowledge and hustle make a real difference every day.

Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in and phone customers with heavy duty truck parts identification and selection

Process sales transactions accurately at the parts counter using inventory/POS systems

Look up part numbers and cross-reference components using parts catalogs and software

Maintain a well-organized, stocked, and clean counter and showroom area

Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, owner-operators, and repair shops

some inventory and warehouse work

Stay current on heavy duty truck parts, brands, and industry trends

Requirements:

Prior experience in heavy duty truck parts sales or a related parts counter role strongly preferred

Solid knowledge of heavy duty truck components, systems

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to use parts lookup software, catalogs, and point-of-sale systems

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced counter environment with a team-first attitude

High school diploma or equivalent required
