Jim's Steaks in Springfield, PA is looking for a friendly and energetic Counter Worker to join our team! Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the counter in a friendly and efficient manner

Take food and beverage orders accurately and process transactions at the register

Prepare and assemble menu items according to order specifications

Maintain a clean and organized counter and work area throughout the shift

Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with a positive attitude

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

Previous counter service, food service, or customer-facing experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience a plus

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
