Country Archer is looking for a driven, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment to join the Country Archer team.

Position operates one or multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment. This may include moving raw material, handling to the production line, and/or Thawing, Injecting, Slicing, Cooking, Cutting, Packing (Filling, Sealing, Coding), labeling or boxing product in either a dry or wet setting of temperatures ranging from 32 degrees- 80 degrees. Removes damaged products or supplies, as needed. Position responsible for production Changeovers. Maintains required product inspection processes. Performs basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently. Position requires lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling items repeatedly over the established work period. This position requires walking or standing most of the time during the shift and may include climbing stairs. Position may be required to work weekends and/or holidays based on company needs.

Shift Schedule: RTE 2 Monday- Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm

Must be available to occasionally work Saturday's or overtime as needed.

Job Duties:

1. Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to company's standard of safety, and quality.
2. Operate various machines in accordance with provided training and instruction.
3. Prepare machine daily operation according to SOP & Standard Work Instructions.
4. Maintain specification by observing production, detecting malfunctions, and adjusting controls.
5. Perform necessary machine adjustments and troubleshooting to ensure quality and quantity standards are being produced.
6. Perform regular quality checks to ensure that all materials produced meet quality specifications.
7. Maintain regular housekeeping of the machine and surrounding work area as instructed.
8. Follows the production schedule.
9. Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations.
10. Consistently document all operations pertaining to the assigned equipment in accordance with training and instruction.
11. Responsible for operating the equipment duties may include adjusting and aligning all primary functions of the machinery.
12. Assists in the training of the production workers, to ensure quality parameters are adhered to, and GMPs and safety rules are followed.
13. Ensures GMP and Sanitation practices are maintained, leading all related room activities.
14. Actively engages in continuous improvement efforts.
15. Performs other job- related projects, duties an assignment as directed by leadership and management.
