Upscale Door County, Wisconsin resort is seeking a hardworking, hands-on manager, to serve as the full time, year-round Operations Manager of our family-owned property.

THIS POSITION IS BASED IN SISTER BAY, WI AND WE ARE OPEN TO ASSISTING WITH RELOCATION.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• All-day to day operations & activities of the resort
• Ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience is exceptional!
• Hiring, training, and supervising a staff of 10-15
• Sharing after-hours/on-call role
• Maximizing room sales and ADR while minimizing expenses
• Working front desk, housekeeping, and light maintenance as scheduled, workload and staffing requires

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous lodging management experience preferred
• Outstanding customer service and people skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong project management skills
• Front desk, housekeeping, and light maintenance skills required

The property includes 46 rooms & suites, 27 wooded acres, and 1,100 feet of private shoreline. Our guests are adults, children 13 years, and older and well-behaved dogs.
