HOUSEKEEPING RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Maintaining a safe, clean and odor-free living environment for residents, tenants and their families
• Basic housekeeping duties, such as disinfecting, dusting, mopping, cleaning mirrors, walls and floors, emptying garbage, organizing furniture, and other related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to follow directions, use supplies per manufacturer guidelines and take care of cleaning equipment
• Attention to detail
• Organization skills and a willingness to keep work areas and utility rooms neat and orderly
• Strong written and oral communication skills
