Country Manor Campus has been voted the Best Senior Living Facility in Central MN for the last 5 years in a row! Country Manor is hiring part time LPNs for days, evenings, and over nights at our Sartell Campus and St. Joseph (Woodcrest) Campus. We have 12-hr shifts which will include working e/o weekend and e/o holiday.

The ideal candidate for Assisted Living LPN will be clinically competent, compassionate and committed, with a special interest in serving the elderly. The LPN will provide care to clients according to established policies, procedures, protocols, and standards of practice and care, under the general supervision of the Assisted Living Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
• Provide basic patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
• Educate and update patients on medical treatments

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current license in good standing as an LPN in the State of Minnesota
• CPR certification is required
• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
