Country Manor Health Care Center and Rapid Recovery and Aquatic Center has openings in our exciting, fast paced Rapid Recovery unit for an LPN Desk Nurse. The LPN Desk Nurse's work involves clerical duties to maintain an organized unit and allow nursing staff to focus on patient care. He or she also maintains a line of communication between the patient and clinical staff while reporting directly to the RN Case Manager and Director of Nursing. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):  

• Preparing records for new residents 
• Processing and following physician orders 
• Communicating pertinent information to physicians and clinical staff

WE HAVE TWO FULL-TIME POSITIONS OPEN: M-F 8:30 AM-5:00 PM OR 12:00 PM-8:00 PM, BOTH WITH ROTATING ON-CALL WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
