We are looking for a highly motivated and hungry closer, who knows how to read personality types and make a friend. Must have a great attitude, positive mentality, and love to meet and exceed our high standard for performance. Responsibilities: • Taking live calls from homeowners, discovering their "why", presenting their options, and obtaining a decision from the seller • Using the MLS and other software provided to understand the market and make appropriate offers on homes. • Understanding the needs and wants of sellers and presenting them with the best options that coincide with profitable opportunities for us creating win-win situations Qualifications: • Prior sales experience • Preferably Real Estate Agent, but not needed • Must be self-motivated and a desire to be the best • Must love people and love fun • Must work well under pressure Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
