Infinity Mental Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Couples Therapist to join our inclusive, client-centered practice in Upper Marlboro, MD. What You’ll Do

Conduct therapy sessions tailored to each couple’s needs and treatment goals

Help partners navigate communication challenges and strengthen emotional connections

Create and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methods (e.g., EFT, Gottman Method, IBCT)

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Actively contribute to a diverse, mission-driven team

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

Active Maryland license (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, or equivalent)

Specialized training in evidence-based couples therapy strongly preferred

Experience working with diverse populations, relationship orientations, and structures

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; commitment to inclusivity and cultural humility
