We're a top-producing Phoenix real estate team looking for a reliable Weekend Open House Sign Courier to place and remove open house signs for our listings every Saturday and Sunday. This is a per-route contractor role with predictable weekend income — typically $150–$400+ per weekend depending on listing volume and route size. You'll receive your route, homes, and sign counts at least 48 hours in advance, so you can plan your weekends with confidence. No client interaction, no sales, no upselling — just clean execution. Pay structure: • $70 flat fee per route (2 homes or fewer) • $50 flat fee per home (3 or more homes on the route) • $1.00 per directional sign placed & retrieved • $2.50 per flag placed & retrieved • $1.00/mile round trip from storage to homes Paid weekly. Ideal for someone who takes pride in doing a simple job right every single weekend. Responsibilities: • Pick up pre-assigned open house signs and flags from our storage unit on Friday evening or Saturday morning • Place signs at designated intersections and flags at listed homes using provided GPS pins and photo references • Send confirmation photos of each sign and flag once placed • Remove all signs and flags at the end of each open house on the same day • Return all materials to the storage unit at day's end and flag any damaged or missing inventory • Communicate proactively with our operations lead about traffic delays, sign issues, or route changes • Maintain a clean, organized vehicle suitable for transporting 30–60 signs and flags Qualifications: • Reliable vehicle with enough cargo space for 30–60 signs (SUV, truck, or cargo van strongly preferred) • Valid Arizona driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance • Physically able to lift 15–20 lbs and work outdoors in Arizona weather year-round • Smartphone with GPS and a camera for route navigation and placement confirmation • Strong sense of ownership — signs up on time, signs down on time, every time • Comfortable working independently from a checklist with no on-site supervisor • Available every Saturday and Sunday (approx. 6–12 working hours per weekend) Compensation: $25 - $45 hourly
