Course Curriculum/ Instructional Material Specialist
Job Description
Linxx Global is currently seeking an Instructional Material Specialist/Course Curriculum Specialist in support for the CNRFC N73 Learning Standards office including support to Air Logistics Training Center (ALTC) Leaming Standards Office. This position is located in Norfolk, VA and Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities
· Conduct training evaluation, review and research in order to design and develop instruction to enhance training of Navy Reserve personnel worldwide.
· Develop and design course curricula in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
· Provide support to the Learning Standards Officer (LSO) in his/her capacity as the CCA for Navy Reserve formal training programs.
· Support the proposed mission and readiness objectives to determine the impact on future training and or equipment requirements through analysis of objectives.
· Provide curriculum recommendations to site Learning Standards Officer based on Formal Course Review procedures and field analysis
· Assistance to training sites with the development, submission and approval of all necessary course curriculum documents as recurrent directives and instructions
· Maintain master files of all curriculum, instructional material, and supporting documentation
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· In-depth understanding of Navy training course development and management processes.
· Proficiency in using AIM, CPM/LO, CANTRAC, eNTRS, CeTARS, FLTMPS, and STASS.
· Knowledgeable of the NETC programs, policies and procedures, to include instructional systems design and developing Navy curricula IAW NAVEDTRA standards
· Ability to provide data entry services to enter approved course information into any other identified electronic systems as required by CNRFC and higher authority.
· Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Office MAC 2016 (Excel, WORD, PowerPoint), Catalog of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC)
Required Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
· Secret Clearance
· 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Course Curriculum Specialist or an Instructional Material Specialist
