Junto Entertainment is hiring course staff to work at our Boston location of Putt Across America!
This is more than a management gig - beyond standard retail oversight, you will own the guest experience of this coast-to-coast adventure. Reporting to the Head of Attraction, you will uphold the rigorous quality standards and create a “hole in one” guest experience for all golfers at Putt Across America.

FROM TEE TO SHINING TEE. Putt Across America is an immersive 18-hole mini-golf journey inspired by our nation’s most iconic landmarks and landscapes. Putt Across America is a two-story, indoor attraction at Boston’s historic Faneuil Hall Marketplace.
ABOUT THE ROLE
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create the Vibe: Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and set the stage for their coast-to-coast adventure.
Manage the Flow: Keep the pace of play moving smoothly while ensuring every guest has an exceptional journey.
Maintain the Magic: Perform cleaning and organization tasks throughout your shift to keep our landmarks looking photo-ready.
Expert Knowledge: Become an expert on our course and the Faneuil Hall area to provide top-tier recommendations to visitors.

THE DETAILS
Pay: $17-20/hour (Commensurate with experience).
Perks: Growth opportunities into management and a fun, high-energy work environment.
Status: Part-time, in-person at Faneuil Hall Marketplace
Flexibility: Flexible scheduling (some nights and weekends required)
Physical Requirements: Must be able to navigate a multi-floor indoor setting, including standing for extended periods and lifting/carrying supplies up to 25 lbs.
Background Check: Required for all positions.
