You will be at the forefront of online education by implementing all of the latest best practices for learning online. No college will even come close to the quality of education and learning experiences that you are responsible for creating. So much so that you will even make Khan Academy seem outdated. This will make you go down in history as the world's expert in online career education.

• Identify careers colleges do a poor job of teaching and aligning with the employment markets.
• Identify, hire, and manage the most qualified people in the world to teach these careers online through courses.
• Support these instructors by helping them implement all online learning best practices to create the best course content in the world.
• Coordinate with employers and industry experts to constantly improve the course content to perfectly align with the employment markets.

As a project manager at CourseCareers, you will play a pivotal role in our mission by contributing to various aspects of our educational programs. This position requires an A-player who is exceptionally talented, hardworking, and possesses a high level of intelligence. We expect a high level of output and this will be a high-pressure position. Qualifications

• Proven passion for online education.
• Deep understanding of how to create high-quality online courses and learning experiences.
• Desire to rebuild the world's career education system at the cost of sacrificing all work/life balance.
• 1+ years experience working as a project or product manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Course Creation: Assist in expanding course offerings by conducting research, interviewing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), identifying potential instructors, and supporting them through the course creation process. Collaborate with instructors to enhance course content and contribute to marketing efforts.
• Course Optimization: Review and analyze current course offerings, assess content effectiveness through data and analytics, and work closely with instructors to improve course efficiency and student engagement.
• Educational Experience Improvement: Manage our coaching program, including recruiting and onboarding new coaches, enhancing the coaching experience, and overseeing general operations. Ensure an exceptional learning experience for students in our Discord chat platform, fostering an environment that encourages academic growth and support.
• Whatever else we decide to throw at you, there will be a lot.

Additional Information

Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 salary, which is less than you could make elsewhere, and you’re expected to work harder. There's also no healthcare coverage.
