Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner reports to the Vice President of Operations who considers HR to be a strategic member of the management team and a key contributor to the success of department heads. Create a culture that openly communicates, practices mutual respect, fosters personal accountability and provides clear goals and objectives. This position plays a direct role in maximizing employee productivity, engagement, and retention. The core areas of responsibility include employee relations, compensation & benefits, talent management, training, health & safety, labor, organizational development and HR policies and procedure. The HR manager is responsible for employee training in the following areas:
• New Employee Orientation and Onboarding
• Management Leadership
• Intelex, SharePoint, MS Office, Cornerstone, RPM
• Hiring Processes
• Employee Motivation, Empowerment and Employee Continuous Improvement
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree
• HR Management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Labor Relations
• Broad experienced with employment law, compensation, organizational development, and training
• Contract negotiation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
