    One of the largest fiber technology phone/cable/internet companies in the US is growing – and so is its sales team! With a proven sales model, you have an opportunity to join a team that’s connecting with homeowners to tell them about fiber, tv and phone services. You’ll be provided with qualified leads and solid support systems from your supervisor, training and marketing. It’s not a desk job, but door to door sales. You’ll get a territory, work with customers from sale to installation, acquire more leads (above and beyond leads supplied by Marketing), participate in community events, and act as a brand ambassador. People who do well in this position come from public service, retail, hospitality, customer service, healthcare and sales.

    Average reps earn about $60K/year, and top reps earn $100K or more. Commissions are not capped. The employer is offering a $1,000 sign on bonus, discounted company products and services, and a full benefits package starts on your first day (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flex spending accounts, paid time off, and 401K eligible after 30 days). You’ll get a company laptop plus cell phone allowance. Flexible work schedule – 40 hour week that you schedule/manage yourself between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Top performers can earn all-expense trips to a tropical destination (with a guest).

    REQUIREMENTS

    Candidates with Associates or Bachelor’s degrees are preferred. You should be experienced with in-home electronics, computers and high speed internet as a user. If you’re persistent, outgoing and not afraid to hear “no,” manage your time well, build rapport well and generate referrals, and can easily overcome objections, that’s a great start. We’re looking for a minimum of six months’ sales or customer service experience – or – current/prior military service with honorable discharge. You must be able to obtain and maintain credentials and/or licenses needed to sell, and you must have reliable transportation.
