Top audit, tax, advisory firm is looking for a senior professional to engage in projects for corporate, S-Corp, partnership and individual clients. Incumbent will manage full client engagement life-cycle (planning, execution, managing to budget & completion of tax projects. You’ll supervisor and develop project team members (interns to senior associates), research/consult on tax matters, and participate in business development. Hands-on review of tax returns; recommend improvements, prepare/review tax provision calculations, and respond to tax/regulatory authorities.
REQUIREMENTS
Looking for a Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Masters in Taxation, LLM in Taxation or JD degree is preferred), and active CPA is mandatory. You must have at least five years of progressively responsible experience in tax compliance and/or consulting, and public accounting experience (Big 4 is ideal) is preferred. You must also have significant experience with corporate, S-Corp and/or partnership returns. Travel to client sites and ability to work extended hours is mandatory. If you have ITS, SALT, MA in your experience, that’s a plus.
Our is open to visa sponsorship, but relocation assistance is not available, so you must either be local or able to relocate yourself. Must have current active work eligibility; be sure to tell us if/when, in the future, you’ll need sponsorship.
