Top audit, tax, advisory firm is looking for a senior professional to work with private and public client companies: run full scope of planning through completion of tax projects, supervise and mentor team members, research/consult on tax matters, assist with business development, review tax returns and make appropriate recommendations, complete tax provision calculations for client companies, and interact with the IRS and other tax authorities on behalf of clients.

REQUIREMENTS

Looking for a degree in Accounting and CPA OR licensed attorney / Master’s in Taxation / LLM in Taxation or JD (at least one is required), plus four to seven years of increasingly responsible experience in tax compliance and/or consulting, including in-depth knowledge/experience with tax provisions and ASC 740, auditing and preparing tax provisions.. Public accounting experience is a plus and Big 4 background is even better. Must be able to work extra hours when needed and travel to client sites. Our client is open to visa sponsorship, but candidates must be local, as there is no relocation assistance offered.
