    On of our federal contracting partners is seeking ahighly skilled Crime Presentation Specialist to support federal prosecution teams in Washington, D.C. This specialist will play a vital role in developing compelling, professional courtroom presentations, working alongside prosecutors, paralegals, law enforcement, and expert witnesses. This position requires both creative and technical expertise in visual evidence production, trial technology, and basic IT troubleshooting in high-pressure trial environments.

    Duties:

    • Develop a wide range of courtroom presentation materials, including:Charts, timelines, and communication visuals
    • Crime scene diagrams and maps
    • Video compilations, audio-visual conversions, and redactions
    • 3D models and diagrams using tools like SketchUp
    • Support trial teams by creating and maintaining trial presentation databases using Trial Director or OnCue
    • Prepare, set up, and manage courtroom presentation equipment including laptops, clickers, hard drives, easels, and monitors
    • Provide basic IT troubleshooting support related to trial operations (e.g., Wi-Fi/VPN connectivity, printer setup, basic networking)
    • Collaborate closely with prosecutors, law enforcement, and expert witnesses to develop and validate visual exhibits; may be required to testify in court regarding the accuracy of these exhibits
    • Convert, edit, redact, and compile audio and video evidence using Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere, as well as other programs like Evidence.com , Google Earth Pro , and SketchUp (3D)
    • Clip, splice, track, and highlight individuals or objects in video footage as needed for trial presentation
    • Travel as needed for extended trial assignments and work long hours in high-demand courtroom environments

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience supporting courtroom proceedings and presentation requirements
    • Proficiency in Trial Director and/or Sanction , with a demonstrated ability to manage presentation databases
    • Strong oral communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-pressure trial team
    • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications ( Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere )
    • Experience setting up and troubleshooting basic IT hardware and connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, laptops)
    • Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods and work long hours during trial proceedings
    • Direct trial experience required.
    • Familiarity with litigation support tools such as Relativity, iCONECT, CaseMap , or similar platforms
    • Experience creating demonstrative evidence for federal criminal or civil trials
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities under time-sensitive conditions
