The Courtyard Marriott Columbus/OSU is seeking a Full time PM Bistro Attendant to join our Food and Beverage team! The Bistro at Courtyard is a chic, fast-casual concept restaurant offering an eclectic menu including a variety of refreshing to-go options as well as full sit-down fare including cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee. Ideal candidates are 21 years or older, have previous customer service and bartending experience.

New hires in this position will receive $250 sign on bonus:
Applicant must not have been employed by CHM previously in the past 12 months or worked at a Columbus Hospitality Management property through a temp agency or related program in the past 12 months.
$125 paid after 30 days of successful employment.
$125 paid after 90 days of successful employment.
All bonuses contingent upon perfect attendance and adherence to company policy.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
Provide assistance in Food and Beverage areas including busing, cleaning and resetting tables
Promotes the culture, values and philosophy of Courtyard by Marriott
Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Take orders from customers, input orders into micros, and finalizes payment
Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
Prepare food, coffee, and alcoholic beverages
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
Provide assistance in Food and Beverage areas including busing, cleaning and resetting tables
General cleaning of food and beverage prep areas and other areas within the lobby area
Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank
Required Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Customer service experience required
Previous Serving experience is required
Bartending experience preferred
Must be 21 years of age
