The Madison East Courtyard is searching for a full time Front Desk Supervisor!

Responsibilities:

 Supervise a dedicated front desk staff

 Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner

Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively and responding promptly to guests’ needs

Enforce policies and procedures established by the company and the hotel brand

Use the computer system on a daily basis to make reservations, check-in and check-out hotel guests

Perform office tasks such as answering the phones, scanning, copying, typing and printing

Ensure safety and security of the hotel, staff and guests

What are we looking for?

Previous hotel, hospitality, or retail experience

Previous FOSSE or Marriott training considered a plus

Exceptional customer service skills

 Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong attention to detail

 Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

 Reliability and honesty

 Teamwork and cooperation
