The Phoenix Happy Valley Courtyard is searching for a Food & Beverage Manager!

Responsibilities:

 Plan, develop, coordinate and implement the day-to-day operational activities of the food & beverage department

 Supervise food & beverage staff to include recruitment & selection, orientation, training & development, scheduling, counseling, performance management and other employee relations’ issues

 Maintain food & beverage product and service quality standards by implementing policies and procedures, investigating deficiencies/complaints, and initiating corrective action

Order, receive, store and maintain an inventory count of all food & beverage related products

Ability to perform any food & beverage position at the hotel

What are we looking for?

 College degree or at least five years of food & beverage or management related work experience

 Exceptional customer service skills

 Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong attention to detail

 Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

 Reliability and honesty

 Teamwork and cooperation
