Responsibilities: • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade Qualifications: • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary Compensation: $16 hourly
