Human Resources Coordinator
Our hotel is currently hiring a Human Resources Coordinator. Ideal candidate will be bi-lingual (Spanish) and have prior HR Admin responsibilities. Responsibilities: The HR Coordinator will perform human resource duties to ensure an effective operation of the HR department. The HR Coordinator will have a full understanding of the employee handbook and maintain a positive work environment by communicating in a courteous and professional manner. Duties include but are not limited to: • New Hire Process • Benefit Processing • Personnel File Maintenance • Employee relations • Project work Qualifications: • Prior human resources admin experience
