Responsibilities: • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Warm call prospective clients (No Cold Calls) • Utilize available leads • Demonstrate strong leadership skills • Be self-motivated and coachable • Develop business and have an entrepreneurial mindset • Set appointments, either virtually or face-to-face • Present and explain insurance options to clients • Attend weekly calls Qualifications: • Highly valued: Customer service or sales representative experience • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • High school diploma or GED required • Active Life & Health insurance license is a must • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Must be a legal US resident Compensation: $100,000+ at plan
