Job Description

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of real-time experience using AppDynamics and Dynatrace.

• At least one successful deployment cycle for a medium to the large application environment.

• Technical skills in at least one core language environment e.g. Java, .Net etc.

• Deep understanding of key AppD features.

• Experience working with Cloud Infrastructure environments. (Azure / AWS preferred.)

• Experience with design, implementation and support of monitoring tools in a complex, multi-platform environment.

• Supports/maintains Enterprise Monitoring systems and is responsible for daily troubleshooting.

• Performs cross training across a variety of monitoring tools used within the organization.

• JOB FUNCTIONALITIES IN DETAILS -

• 1. Creating/Configuring Agents, Tiers, and Nodes in AppDynamics & Dynatrace.
• 2. Creating/Configuring Health Rules, Alert Policies, Service End Points, Business Transactions.
• 3. Creating Data Collectors on Business Transactions.
• 4. Build/maintain AppDynamics dashboards, generate Monthly Operational Reports
• 5. Integrate AppDynamics with third party products, configure auto-mail rules
• 6. Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovation that improves system availability, resiliency, and performance.
• 7. Build end-to-end monitoring, detection, and prevention tools for Company products and Platform and customer-facing environments.

• Demonstrated ability with programming and scripting languages.

• Demonstrated ability working with various database platforms.

• Ability to adjust priorities in rapidly changing environments; work well under pressure.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present complex ideas and designs to a variety of technical or non-technical stakeholders.
