    Inside/Outside Sales Consultant

    Remote Opportunity

    MUST RESIDE IN LOCAL AREA

    Coverall is growing and hiring sales professionals who want to build a career in Sales.

    Summary: As an Outside Sales Consultant (OSC) for Coverall North America (CNA), individuals will work closely with potential customers to promote the sale of yearly Janitorial Service Contracts including:

    · Generating new business opportunities.

    · Qualifying Leads.

    · Developing customer relationships.

    · Implementing strategic Sales Plans.

    · Closing yearly Janitorial service contracts.

    Responsibilities:

    · Prospect daily to generate a minimum of 50 customer contacts by phone with a minimum of 1 appointment set per day.

    · Enter all customer related data in the Coverall CRM real time daily.

    · Execute Core Selling Sales process at all appointments to include:

    o Introduction: Build rapport with customer and set an agenda for what the customer should expect during the meeting.

    o Discovery: Gain a clear understanding of the customer’s needs, including why they would make a change in service providers.

    o Present Core 4: Use Coverall’s Sales Presentation (Flip Book) to differentiate Coverall’s cleaning process built on hospital grade disinfectants and cleaning protocols.

    o Walk-Through: Gain a thorough understanding of the customers facility and cleanable square footage.

    o Proposal: Generate a proposal in the Coverall CRM based on the identified customer needs.

    o Close: Present the proposal and contract to the customer asking for execution in an agreed upon timeframe.

    · Run all appointments converting 80% of appointments to proposals.

    o Field Prospect around all appointments generating a minimum of 10 leads per appointment.

    · Propose a minimum of $10,000 in contract value per month.

    · Close a minimum of 25% of proposals delivered.

    · Close a minimum of 6 contracts totaling more than $2,500 per month.

    · Attend Regional Support Center (RSC) meetings as specified by your Sales Leader.

    · Attend any Coverall Sales Training as specified by Training Staff.

    Position Qualifications:

    · Ability to deliver job responsibilities, as outlined in the Job Description, each day.

    · 2 years of experience using Microsoft Suite of products including: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or equivalent).

    · Ability to deliver both in person and virtual sales presentations

    o Virtual Presentation to be executed using Microsoft Teams.

    · Capable of working in a remote capacity including:

    o Ability to deliver performance metrics daily with minimum supervision.

    o Available workspace at home that includes:

    o Phone Access (Coverall to provide Stipend)

    o High Speed Internet at a minimum of 30 Mbps (Coverall to provide Stipend)

    ·o Verified through screen shot sent to Coverall IT department.

    o Isolated work environment away from others during the business hours of 8 am to 5 pm.

    o Ability to be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week as directed by your Sales Leader.

    o Inability to achieve minimums as specified in the Job Description may lead to Outside Sales Consultant being required to work at the Coverall Regional Support Center daily and/or being required to work based on a set schedule daily.

    o Coverall reserves the right to change in office requirement without notice and at its sole discretion.
